Windows says “Windows protected your PC”?
The launcher is not code-signed yet, so SmartScreen warns about it. Choose More info, then Run anyway. You can check the file is genuine: its SHA-256 is

Pick an account name and password on the registration page. The account is created on the game server and waits for a staff member to approve it. It is the same one you type into the game’s login box.
Download the launcher
Get the HavocRO launcher above. It downloads and updates the game for you, and keeps your install verified.
Connect with HavocGuard
HavocRO is private: the realm is only reachable through HavocGuard. In the launcher, install the connection component, then paste the one-time HavocGuard key a staff member gives you. Each key belongs to one PC; never share it.
Play
Press Play, sign in with your approved HavocRO account, create a Novice, and walk into Prontera.
Questions
Why do I need HavocGuard?
The realm is not open to the internet. HavocGuard is the private connection that lets invited players reach it, and nobody else.
I forgot my password.
Ask a staff member; there is no self-service reset yet.
I found a bug.
Type /bug followed by what happened in the in-game chat, or use the Feedback entry in the game menu. Staff see every report.
Can I play on more than one PC?
Yes. Ask staff for one HavocGuard key per PC.
